Now that Obama is President, what next?

Wow! Is anyone else experiencing a kind of "twilight zone"effect. I cannot be happy, for America is full of sick individuals. Why, in God's name would anyone want to assassinate Obama and before the election? Has anyone ever wondered why these sick people think the way they do and do the awful terrible things that they do? There are people in this country that have a very strange way of showing their intelligence and common sense, instead it is their ignorance and their unwillingness to address situations they show. They see things thru a tunnel. Therefore it seems to me that these people either are the stupidest or blindest individuals in the world. Then I must ask myself why or even more so, how is that possible? and Ive come to only one conclusion:

The people that run this country, government, etc are masters of deception and the rest of the people just dont want to see their life and country as it really and truly is. Easily manipulated by the media and the government. That's us.

Why you say? Well, I grew up in the midde of the race riots, etc. in California. I remember when John F. Kennedy was killed, also Martin L. King, and Robert Kennedy. The young people in this country born after 1965 or later have no clue as to what this country was really like. I remember when the mess was going on in South Africa. When the US finally stepped in it was really pathetic. Under the guise of "caring" about what was happening to the black people and people of color in that country, they decided on sanctioning. But it was really pressure from the other countries that really gave a damn, and economic reasons. The US government has NEVER stepped in out of the goodness of their heart to help any country whose people is predominantly of color. This is truth. A lot of americans will deny that with their last breath. But sad as it is, it is true. Some Americans teach their children early on to hate and discriminate against those who are different. Not all americans, but enough to keep the country in turmoil.

America has a lot of "dirty little secrets". A ton. Yet the rest of the world (maybe not as much today) back then, believed it was the land of milk and honey and the land of great opportunity. And then the immigrants come, believing the myth, and once they get here, they see discrimination first hand. Go figure. LETS REALLY BE HONEST!

Are You Gonna Vote?

Please tell me you are going to vote. Please. I am so sick and tired of hearing excuses as to why a person isn't voting. The American people really are the Sleeping Americans. They have no idea how much power they have as a mass. Didn't the American Revolution teach you anything? I don't care who you vote for as much as I care that you vote. Understand? Life is taken for granted among those who know where their next meal is coming from, who's worst decision is whether to get tickets for The Screaming Eagles or Pink Floyd or NAS. There is some serious life going on out there, contrary to what you might see on reruns of "Friends". I don't know what kind of "times" these are, nothing like my "Peace and Love" era, but I do know this: that if you don't pay attention now, tomorrow you may be standing in line for your "identification implant"! Think about it!
